We offer two recurring schedules: every six weeks, or every twelve weeks. Most customers go for six-weekly, which keeps the windows looking good year-round without letting the grime build up too far between visits.

The pure water system pushes water through a filtration process that removes all the minerals and particles that would otherwise leave marks as the water dries. The result is a consistently clean finish, every time, without any chemicals being used on your windows, frames, or near your garden.
The water is applied with a soft brush on an extendable pole, so we can reach upstairs windows without a ladder in most cases. Safer for the team and less disruptive for you.

Every job is priced before you sign up. The price is based on your property type and your preferred cleaning frequency. You know what you’re paying from day one, and it doesn’t change unless your requirements do. What's included in our window cleaning service?
All exterior window glass. Every accessible window on your property, front and back, cleaned using the pure water reach-and-wash method.
Window frames and sills. We don’t just clean the glass. Frames and sills get wiped down as part of every visit.
External glass doors. Patio doors, bi-folds, French doors, glazed front doors. Cleaned at the same time.

How much does window cleaning cost in Hailsham?

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most East Sussex households go six-weekly or 12-weekly. Six-weekly keeps windows consistently clean and works well near trees, the coast, or busy roads. 12-weekly suits most inland properties.
Do I need to be home for a window clean?
No. We work from the ground with a reach-and-wash pole system and don’t need access to the inside of the property. Payment is by GoCardless direct debit after the clean. A locked gate or side path is fine as long as we can get in.
How do I pay?
Payment is by GoCardless direct debit. You set up the mandate as part of booking. The direct debit is taken a few days after each clean. No cash, no card machine, no chasing. See how payments work.
What's the reach-and-wash pure-water system?
A ground-based cleaning method using a carbon-fibre telescopic pole, a soft brush head, and filtered pure water. The pole reaches most second-floor windows. Pure water cleans without detergent and dries streak-free.
What if it rains on my clean day?
Light rain doesn’t affect the result because pure water dries without spotting. In heavy rain or high winds we’ll reschedule to the next working day and let you know. No payment is taken for a clean that didn’t happen.
Are you insured?
Yes. Frog Window Cleaning Ltd is a limited company and is fully insured for public liability. Happy to send the certificate to managing agents or landlords on request.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. There’s no tie-in and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip, change frequency, or stop at any time by sending us a message.
Can you add gutter cleaning or conservatory cleaning to my window clean?
Yes, and you’ll save money doing it that way. Existing regular window cleaning customers get a discount on gutter clearing, soffit and fascia cleaning, and conservatory roof cleaning when booked alongside a regular clean.
How soon can you do my first clean?
Usually within a week. We try to fit new customers in quickly instead of making you wait until we’re next in your area. If we’re flat out, we’ll tell you when we book you in.
Which areas do you cover?
