Booking enquiries
If you’re new and ready to book, we’ll reply with a confirmation of price and first clean date, plus the GoCardless direct debit link. Usually within the same working day.
Existing customer messages
Change of frequency, skipping a clean, address update, new extension. We’ll reply the same working day to confirm.
Commercial and property management
If you’re a landlord, managing agent, block freeholder, or small business, we’ll usually suggest a quick phone call first so we can scope properly. We can then send a fixed-price quote in writing.

How quickly do you reply to messages?
During working days, we usually reply within a few hours. Out-of-hours messages are answered first thing the next working day.
Can I just call you to book?
Yes, of course. Mark will take the booking over the phone and send the GoCardless link afterwards.
Can I visit the office?
We don’t run a walk-in office. If you’d like to meet in person for anything (for example, a commercial contract chat), we can arrange to meet at the property or at a local coffee spot.
What if I have a complaint?
Ring Mark directly on 01323 655606 or email info@frogwindowcleaning.co.uk. We’d much rather hear about a problem early and fix it than let it turn into a bigger issue.
Who do I speak to about direct debit or payment queries?
Anything payment-related comes back to the office inbox. We’ll usually have it answered the same day. For anything urgent (for example, a disputed payment), phone is faster than email.
