Frog Window Cleaning uses fixed prices for residential window cleaning across East Sussex. Prices are set by property type (2-bed semi, 3-bed semi, 3-bed detached, 4-bed, 5-bed, bungalow, etc.) and by frequency (six-weekly or 12-weekly).
A 3-bed semi on a 12-weekly clean starts from £28. Add-ons like garage doors, velux windows, and conservatory size are handled in the booking form so you only pay for what you actually have.

Why fixed prices
Most window cleaners quote on the day. We don't.
You get a knock on the door, a look round the property, a number, and maybe a different number next time. We decided a long time ago that wasn’t good enough.
Fixed pricing is cleaner for everyone. You know exactly what you’re paying before you book. We know exactly what we’re charging. Nothing changes on the day. Nothing goes up without telling you.
The price you see is what you actually pay, every clean, at the frequency you pick. The only time it changes is if your property changes (a new extension, a conservatory added, a loft conversion). If that happens, we’ll tell you the new price before your next clean.
Add-ons, handled in the booking form
You only pay for what you actually have
Garage Doors
Single or double garage, up-and-over or sectional. The booking form asks whether you want it cleaned, and adds a small fixed fee per door. Counted once, paid once per clean.
Velux / Skylight Windows
The form asks how many velux or skylight windows you have. Each one is a small fixed fee. Four velux means four times the per-window fee. Transparent and easy to check against the property.
Conservatory Size
The form asks whether you have a conservatory, and whether it’s small, medium, or large. The fee matches the size, so picking small to save money doesn’t work, we see it when we get there.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
Are the prices on this page really what I pay?
Yes. The price you see for your property type and frequency is what the direct debit collects after each clean. Add-ons (garage doors, velux, conservatory, extra services) are shown before you confirm the booking. Nothing gets added after the fact.
What happens if my property type isn't in the list?
If you’re in an older property, a listed building, a converted barn, or something else unusual, ring Mark for a quick chat. We still price to the same system, we just need a 30-second description first.
Do I pay per clean or monthly?
Per clean. The direct debit is taken by GoCardless after each clean has been done. You’re not paying a monthly subscription.
Is there a minimum contract or tie-in?
No. You can cancel, pause, skip, or change frequency at any time. We’d rather keep you because you like what we do.
When does the price go up?
We review prices annually. If we need to raise a property-type price, we tell you in writing first (at least 28 days before it takes effect) and you can cancel if you’d rather.
Why is a 4-bed detached more than a 4-bed semi?
Detached houses usually have windows on four sides rather than three, which takes a bit longer. The property-type price reflects that.
What if I only want a one-off clean?
We focus on regular cleans because that’s how we keep the price fixed and the schedule reliable. One-off cleans are possible but priced a little higher. Ring Mark and we’ll sort it.
Do you charge for quotes or visits?
No. We don’t quote, the price is on the page. If you want a chat about something unusual, that’s free too.
Can I pay by card or cash?
All payment is by GoCardless direct debit. No card payments, no cash. The direct debit is set up as part of booking and collected after each clean. See how payments work.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices on this page are inclusive of VAT. Frog Window Cleaning Ltd is VAT registered.
