Fixed-price quotes are a lot easier to trust when you can see what the work actually looks like. Here are a few of the jobs we've done recently, with before and after photos where we have them.
Why we publish these
We don't need to sell the work. Usually the work sells itself.
A conservatory roof that’s gone from green to clear. A fascia line that’s black one week and white the next. A gutter that was overflowing and is now draining properly. What a case study does is show you what it looks like when the job’s finished. Not a stock photo. Not a glossy render. An actual house in Hailsham, Eastbourne, or Lewes.
Every case study on this page was a real job, on a real address, for a real customer. Names, house numbers, or personal detail are removed or blurred where the customer would rather we didn’t share them.
A gutter problem in Polegate, fixed in a week.
The customer had water running down the back wall after every storm and moss filling the full length of the rear gutter. We cleared the whole gutter from the ground, flagged a dropped bracket, and suggested a local roofer to refit it. The wall has stayed dry through two winters since.
A regular round in Heathfield, no missed dates.
A 4-bed detached in Heathfield had moved to the area and struggled to find a reliable window cleaner. Booked online on a Monday, first clean done that Friday, direct debit set up in the same flow. Five cleans in, zero missed dates, same team every visit.
A black fascia job in Uckfield, saved a replacement.
The customer had been getting quotes to replace the fascia after years of overflow staining. A proper soft-wash from the ground, full front and both gables, brought the uPVC back to near-new white in a morning. The replacement job got shelved.
A green polycarbonate roof in Pevensey, bright again.
A customer with a polycarbonate conservatory roof had stopped using the room because the panels had gone so green. They'd had a pressure-washing company scratch the panels on a previous job. Our soft-wash from the ground lifted the biofilm, and we cleared the conservatory gutter at the same time. The room is back in use.
A multi-service visit in Battle, ready for tenants.
A landlord was preparing a 4-bed detached for new tenants. We did the regular window clean, cleared the gutters, and soft-washed the fascia on a single visit. The property passed its tenancy check-in without a single exterior flag.
